Following a chronological order, we will explain the history of gastronomy and the city: we will see how the Romans ate, what foods the Arabs introduced, how new products arrived from America and the rise of French cuisine in the 18th century. And we can try all this in situ, in the most representative places in the city.
The six signature tapas with their corresponding pairing included in this tour come in an individual box and are created especially for the occasion. The route will be carried out in groups of four people or more, whose meeting place will be thePlaça de la Independència.
