If you want to bring your students to the seafaring world, Peñíscola is the perfect place to learn about all its traditions due to its rich history.
We have prepared a seafaring school so that the little ones can learn about the marine environment, sustainable fishing techniques, raising awareness about this natural environment, and all through a highly participatory program.
The workshop is carried out byprofessionals from the fishing sector, whose experience will help the children obtain rich learning.
We will take a guided tour of the fishing port of Peñíscola. We will also visit the Museum of the Sea and see the fishing boats. We will be able to discover different types of traditional fishing gear.
We will also learn about the most common species that are caught on our coast.
We will hold a fish auction exclusively for the group, just like the one that takes place daily at the port market.
We will also prepare asailor's knot workshopwith which the "cabin boys" will learn the most basic ones, which every good sailor should know.
We will provide you with the educational material necessary for the workshop. We will also deliver a diploma to all participants. This offer is for the season from September to January.
