Our adventure begins at the Casa de la Piedra in La Rumorosa, a mysterious house from the 50s with an impressive view of the Laguna Salada. Surrounded by hills, the house has spectacular views and natural landscapes. Our guide will tell you all the legends and versions about the origin of that house and who has lived in it.
We continue our tour to the Magical Town of Tecate and to visit its famous brewery, one of the main attractions of this place. This town was founded in 1888 and only ranches and haciendas existed. In 1944, the brewery that took its name from the town was opened and the production of the first 100% Mexican beer began, but in 1954 the brewery was acquired by Cervecería. Cuauhtémoc. During the guided tour you will be able to learn about the history of the brewery and learn about the process of making its products.
Afterwards we will go to El Vallectito to discover its wonderful cave paintings. This place was built in 1916 and today it is a historical museum and is the only archaeological zone open to the public in Baja California. This historic place shows us that there was an ancient human occupation through the paintings on rock shelters. A visit, without a doubt, very interesting.
Finally we will make a visit to Rumorosa where you can taste delicious typical food of the region in the Grandfather's Cabin. Our guide who is certified by the State Secretariat of Tourism, will accompany you at all times and will explain each place of the visit. He will ensure that you enjoy the tour to the fullest and learn more about this region of Baja California.
