Deal overview
Baja California keeps important missions that have been preserved over time, Jesuit, Franciscan and Dominican friars were the founders of these institutions that we will get to know for 8 days.
The route is known as Camino Real Misionero de las Californias and we will leave from Tijuana to reach Cataviña, we will visit the town of San Vicente Ferrer, we will visit the mission and the museum, we will continue along San Quentin and later the Rosary.
The second day we will see the cave paintings, they are the most important in the state, then we will go to the San Borja Mission which is located in the Valle de los Críos. The day continues to the Bay of Angels and there we will rest tonight.
Our third day will be very interesting, we will visit some of the virgin islands of the Bay of Angels and then we will visit an authentic oasis in the middle of the desert in San Ignacio, we will see its mission and its museum that keeps important data that we cannot miss.
For our fourth day we will meet first thing in the morning and we will arrive at the Sierra de San Francisco where we will observe large murals and petroglyphs that we will see on a 5 kilometer route.
On the fifth day we will visit one of the most important mining towns in Baja California, Santa Rosalía, we will pass by its church, we will get to know its mission and the mining museum. The tour continues at the Mulegé.
We will take a break on our sixth day of the tour, we will visit one of the most beautiful beaches on the Santispack peninsula, El Requesón and El burro and in the evening we will take the road to Loreto where we can rest.
The next morning we will take a walk through the center of Loreto where the first Baja California Mission is located, then we will visit the San Javier Mission which is located in the Sierra de la Giganta.
Our tour ends on the eighth day, you can check out and then we will take you to the airport.
