High Flyer Gliding for 20 min. in Brigstock

High Flyer is nothing more than the best activity that we have created in Brigstock, the village with one the greatest views of England. Nothing more, but with its complexity and fun. It's the gliding experience that we adore the most and that we are sure you will too if you have never tried this fly that will lift you up 3000 feet in the sky for 20 minutes.

In a session where you will get all the information needed for beginners or professional pilots, the plane will melt into you and will become your wings because, literally, you will fly over the beautiful town of Brigstock and you will enjoy the vast green areas, rivieras and ports that we have here, in Northamptonshire. Did you know, for instance, that King Charles I used to say that we are the best view of England? He was definitely right and that's why we are known nationwide for our practice and connection with the sky through gliding adventures.

What do you need to know to book your activity? We have designed it for all types of people, but we have some facts to keep in mind. First of all, height: 1,5 metres is the minimum and 1,9, the maximum. What about the weight? There's no problem with that, though gliding associations recommend from 50 to 100 kilograms as the ideal weight range. And age? We love that everyone tries gliding! It will be the experience of your life, so we have marked 12 as the minimum age and, as usual, we always say that young people or people under 18 have to be under the supervision of an adult. Apart from that, you know that when flying we have to pay attention to pressure and other factors that have a direct impact on our body. As consequence, you have to be medically ok to go gliding.

We've been here practising the activity for over 60 years now. You are going to be in good hands during your session and we have the best installations of the zone: our runway is 1200 metres long, we are in a place that you can reach driving (take the A6116, the Harley Way, and you will get to us without any problem). We also put our airport, Lyveden airfield, at your disposal.

And when can you come? But, of course, at weekends, holidays and your free time (you have to contact us first to arrange a midweek session).
