For this activity, a musherorsled driver accompanies him and explains thedriving techniques and the history of this age-old mode of travel, still used by northern peoples to move on snow.
If the child is at least 10 years old, he or she even has the possibility oftaking the controls of the team!
On your arrival, the musher introduces you to the pack and invites you to participate in the preparation of the team and the harnessing of the huskies. The unique opportunity for a child to create a special bond with this brave and enduring animal, which deserves its nickname of man's best friend!
The sensations felt while sliding on the snow under the snow-covered trees of the mountains, with the wind in your eyes and thecold that bites the cheeksare incomparable. It’s a real cure ofreconnection to nature with multiple virtues, for young and old alike!
This activity is intended for children aged 5 to 11, accompanied by the musher only.
