The activity consists of completing a route with vertical and horizontal progressions using ropes and techniques very similar to those of climbing. You will pass through narrow corridors like those on the southern slope of the mountain range and natural obstacles where you will have to demonstrate your skill and bravery. You will end up in one of the most beautiful bays in the entire world, that of Portinho da Arrábida Beach, to enjoy a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear waters.
To be able to participate in this coastering you will only have to go to Praia do Creiro, from where you will go on an adventure with our experienced monitors . If you are over 10 years old and know how to swim, this activity is perfect for you. Plus, no prior experience is needed! We will take care of the materials, you just come with a desire for fun and sneakers. We are waiting for you!
