The duration of this session is for about three hours and a half, a time that will be distributed to do different jumps, discover great spots in the sea, swim around and make some scrambling on unique rocks and cliffs to have a great time. Please know that all levels are welcome, but this session will fit perfectly beginners, people with little experience, or someone looking for a low/middle complexity level. The minimum age to be part is eight years old (underage must be with at least one adult).
Included is all the equipment you will need for this activity like a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, winter apparel if needed, and helmet. You should bring swimwear, shorts for over the wetsuit, a towel, and old trainers to get wet in. Please know that the maximum number of participants per group is eight people, and from where you will meet the instructor and get set up, you will walk 20 minutes to get to the coast and start the adventure (before you will have the introduction and safety briefing, expect to be in the water for around 2 hours).
