If you like adrenaline and nature, outdoor pursuits and watersports, pushing yourself and working together, a coasteering activity is perfect. It was invented in Pembrokeshire, but we think Rhossili on the Gower Peninsula is the best place to enjoy it.
We run a 4-hour trip along the coastline which involves climbing, scrambling, jumping, swimming and more. Every challenge depends on your choice, meaning you do what you feel capable of doing! You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete or an experienced adventurer to join us.
Experienced guides lead the group. They have a passion for the sport and the location. They’ll get you moving along the shoreline and point out interesting flora, fauna and views.
You need to be at least 14 years old to join us, but you don’t need special equipment. Bring a swimsuit, shoes, shorts, towel and a dry outfit to change into afterwards. We’ll give you a thick wetsuit, helmet and life jacket. We can also capture parts of the journey on photo and video to make it a trip to remember!
