Are you interested in getting started in mountaineering? We have a perfect course for you.

We will carry out a 10 hour course, made up of 2 sessions of 5 hours. This course will take place in the Sierra de Madrid or the Sierra de Gredos (depending on conditions).

In these sessions we will learn to use ice axes and crampons, to progress in assembly, set up meetings, etc. When you finish, you will know the basic mountaineering techniques.

We will form groups of between 4 and 8 people for each monitor.

Individual technical material is not included (group equipment is), but if you don't have it, you can rent it from us (ask us).

No previous experience is necessary.
