Dare to learn a new sport and bring out your most adventurous side. Take this climbing course on natural rock walls in the Los Remedios Natural Park, located in Naucalpan, State from Mexico. It covers four sessions, which will take place on weekends. This means that the course lasts one month.
The yo-yo climbing will be performed in the type of outdoor climbing. Also, you will be able to learn about the main knots used in rock climbing and we will review the situations in which they are used. You will execute the rappel maneuver with various systems, placement of anchors and meetings to install a "yo-yo".
At all times you will have a monitor in your charge who will be in charge of teaching you the best movements for the climbing, later how to descend without any type of danger. This course is suitable for all ages from children to adults and seniors.
Important note: that you wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes that do not slip.

What does the activity include
- Personal equipment: harness, descent system, insurance carabiners, self-insurance system, all equipment is certified by international standards such as UIAA.
