The course will consist of 2 classes per week and free access to one of our spectacular walls, so you can practice as many times as necessary. Each class will last between 1 hour and 1 and a half hours, depending on your progress. For this course we will provide you with safety equipment and as for shoes and magnesium, you can purchase them in our room.
We plan each of the training sessions exactly, to offer you a complete program. Some specific topics that we will work on will be your elasticity, concentration, coordination, motor system and also, we will see some psychology in climbing. Other more important topics are security systems, assembly, material and basic equipment.
