During this experience that we propose you will learn to function safely and to carry out sport climbing with autonomy.
This course is divided into two days in which you will obtain theoretical and practical knowledge. The entire activity lasts around 12 hours and you will have one guide-instructor for every six participants.
The first day will be almost entirely theoretical, knowing the necessary material, anchors, types of knots, belays, rope passage maneuvers... we will end the day with a very simple climbing practice to carry out the knowledge acquired.
On the second day, we will begin with a review of the previous day. We will practice an autonomous climb under the supervision of a guide to correct possible errors.
