You will embark on an adventure that challenges both body and mind. We have carefully designed this route to provide both an introduction to rock climbing for beginners and an opportunity for more advanced climbers to hone their skills. It all starts with a warm welcome from our experienced climbing guides. They will provide your climbing gear and give you a detailed safety briefing. It's time to learn or review the basics of climbing and abseiling.
Before confronting you with the Rock school of Montgaillard, you will have the opportunity to practice the techniques of climbing and abseiling on the ground, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the equipment and the necessary movements. Now is the time to attack the rock! With the encouragement and advice of our guides, you will begin to climb. You will have the opportunity to try different routes suited to your skill level.
Between climbs, you will have time to rest, observe other climbers, and enjoy the spectacular natural setting of Montgaillard. What's more exhilarating than climbing? Abseiling! You will learn how to descend safely from the rock, a skill just as important as rock climbing.
At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and exchange advice with the guides and other climbers. This is also the time to relax and savor the satisfaction of a good climb.
