It is a full-day course. We will divide the morning into two stages:
- First, we will do a talk, in which we will explain the main techniques, how the material is used, how the most common knots are tied, the safety rules, etc. (about 45 minutes).
- Afterwards, we will do a first climbing session, in our climbing wall (about 2 hours).
In this way, in a single day, you will have advanced little by little in the world of climbing, until you have made your first routes on rock.
