If your son or daughter has an interest in clay pigeon shooting, give them the best learning experience around at our shooting venue in the Braintree area, Essex. They’ll be smashing clays left, right and centre.
We offer bespoke, one-to-one tuition with gun hire and 50 clays and cartridges included. We have a team of experienced instructors who are fully qualified and will help the youngster get the most out of each shot.
The 1-hour session takes place at one of our shooting stands on our 100-acre site. We have a range of shooting layouts and traps which are perfect for all levels, from beginner up to competition standard.
Your child will need eye, ear and head protection. You can bring a hat, glasses and ear plugs from home or purchase CPS-specific kit on site.

Junior Clay Pigeon Shooting Day in Bocking

That’s why we host clay pigeon shooting days that are designed for young guns - juniors aged between 10 and 16 years old. The full day includes a series of engaging events.
Clay shooting is a sport that can help youngsters develop balance, reaction and posture. The shooting sessions throughout the day will be led by professional instructors who will help participants to develop these faculties.
Included in the price are 50 clays and cartridges for each shooter, the use of shotguns and protective equipment. It’s important to shield the eyes, ears and head when clay pigeon shooting.
Our large, fully equipped venue is located in the green and pleasant land of North Essex, near the town of Braintree. It’s a fantastic place to spend a fantastic day!
