Caving lovers, welcome! We propose a vertical cave that has a drop of 45 meters above the sea. How exciting does that sound? We are talking about the Gruta Garganta do Cabo, in the Arrábida Natural Park.

Come spend the day in a huge cave supervised by the best caving guides in the area, who will help you with everything you need to make this activity safe and exciting. To be able to do it, you must be over 16 years old and have previous experience doing caving, since the difficulty of this cave is medium/high.

We will provide you with all the necessary material for the activity, but remember to bring appropriate footwear, sports clothing and suitable for the weather and, if you have long hair , also a scrunchie!

As we explore this impressive cave for about 8 hours, we will hear the sea roaring at our feet. We will cross large areas and narrow spaces, you will never have come across a cave like it!
