We carry out courses in different caves on the island, so you can choose the one that best suits your place of accommodation and/or your tastes. Feel the excitement of entering a cave and discovering its secrets while you navigate its slopes, rappels, etc...!
We will discuss learning the basic caving technique:
- Basic knots
- material placement
- fixed rope progression
- installation and uninstallation of material
- assembly of zip lines and handrails
- notions of self-rescue
- making a cave
At all times our specialized monitors will be accompanying you and giving you the necessary notions of the activity and will also provide you with all the necessary technical and safety material.
