Caving course in Torcal de Antequera 2 days

The Torcal de Antequera impresses with its characteristic karst landscapes. What if I told you that the bowels of its depths are going to excite you even more? As they say, don't let him tell you. With our 2-day introductory caving course you will have the opportunity to be an inquirer into the interiors hidden in the Malaga mountains.

This training, which will take us around 15 hours, is ideal for those who want to take their first steps in the art of making vertical progressions to enter and exit the caves: managing the rappel to ascend and descend with the rope So it will be focused on acquiring the most important notions of the underground world.

For the course to be taught, we need the group to consist of a minimum of 3 future cavers. In addition, we will teach you how to use the equipment necessary to carry out this sport, which includes a helmet with a flashlight, a jumpsuit, harnesses and ropes to practice with knots, carabiners and a descender, as well as a first aid kit.

Our training will be divided into two different blocks that complement each other: the first day, we will dedicate it to putting into practice what theory we are learning. All this, with the aim of going to explore one of the deeps of the Torcal de Antequera on our last day of the course.

Caving is a sport that dehydrates without realizing it, so we will have a snack during our break. In addition, we include transportation service from Antequera to the different areas where we will carry out the course.
