Caving in the Asturian Caves

Have you ever done caving? If you want to discover the world that is hidden under your feet, Asturias has a large number of caves that you can enter. It is an exciting land, both outside and inside.

With all kinds of formations, these caves hide true magic inside. In ancient times, they contributed to the protection of human beings. They were used as accommodation as they provided shelter, heat and security. But curiously, with the passage of time, these improvised homes became forbidden places, the darkness and humidity caused fear in anyone who dared to enter.

Today, both attitudes have become completely obsolete, and given the human being's desire for knowledge, we have decided to venture into the exploration of the entire earth's surface which, luckily, includes these wonderful caves. Stalactites, stalagmites, columns, large verticals... All this makes caving a unique experience, and even more so if it is the Asturian caves, of great size and beauty.
