You want to have fun during an adrenaline canyoning in Tuscany ?
Then do not miss this 4 and a half hours excursion , a Lucca , along the wonderful stream known as rio Selvano .
We are waiting for you at our office: you will find professional instructors that will follow you throughout the activity. Once you reach the meeting point, the guides will give you the technical material necessary and, after preparing, you will start for a parking lot where you can leave your car.
From there at the beginning of the watercourse there will be only 3 minutes of walking: once you arrive at the watercourse, the instructors will explain the basic movements and rules to have fun in total security . Afterwards, you can leave to discover the rio Selva , among its natural slides, its pools and the rocky walls from which you can dive or that you can climb.
The fall with mandatory rope will be 4 , while the dives will never be: whoever wants can dive from many rocky points at different heights. The fun will be insured!
It is not necessary to be experts in order to practice this activity: it will be important, however, to have completed the 10 years of age and not suffer from cardiac and respiratory diseases that prevent physical activity.
We also suggest you dressed in a suitable way: sneakers , shirt to be put under the wetsuit, swimsuit by bathroom and towel . If you bring glasses, we remind you to fix them in the head and if you bring contact lenses it is preferable to use the disposable ones. Finally, don't forget a bag to store wet clothing and a gearbox !

- Isothermal wetsuit in 5 mm neoprene;
