Do you want to have fun during an adrenaline-filled canyoning in Tuscany?
Then don't miss this 4 and a half hour excursion in Lucca, along the wonderful stream known as Rio Selvano.
We are waiting for you at our headquarters: you will find professional instructors who will follow you throughout the activity. Once you reach the meeting point, the guides will give you the necessary technical material and, after getting ready, we will leave for a car park where you can leave your car.
From there to the start of the watercourse it will only be a 3-minute walk: once you arrive at the watercourse, the instructors will explain the movements and the basic rules to have fun in total safety. Afterwards, you can set off to discover the Rio Selva, among its natural slides, its pools and the rocky walls from which you can dive or climb.
There will be 4 compulsory rappels with ropes, while diving will never be mandatory: anyone who wants will be able to dive from many rocky points at different heights. Fun will be guaranteed!
It is not necessary to be an expert to practice this activity: it will be important, however, to be 10 years of age and not suffer from cardiac or respiratory diseases that prevent physical activity.
We also suggest that you dress appropriately: sneakers, t-shirt to put under your wetsuit, swimsuit and towel. If you wear glasses, we remind you to attach them to your head and if you wear contact lenses it is preferable to use disposable ones. Finally, don't forget a bag to store wet clothes and change!

- Isothermal wetsuit in 5 mm neoprene;
