Troccu e Solai is one of the most practical canyons in Sardinia, as it offers a simple descent that also allows beginners to approach this discipline in a exceptional natural territory. Since it does not require excessive physical effort, anyone aged 12 and over can participate in this activity and reach the end of the journey.
You will be surrounded by a mountain landscape with wonderful waterfalls and deep pools of water, in the middle of the uncontaminated nature of the island: the perfect place for a unique canyoning experience, where you will have to overcome all the obstacles present on the path.
The activity begins in the city of Talana, where we will move up to the gorge of Bacu Sa Figu, the descent point and start of the itinerary. On this occasion you will be able to immerse yourself in the clear waters and lower yourself safely with a rope, accompanied by an expert instructor who will follow you throughout the activity.
After having attended a briefing on the excursion and having put on the necessary equipment, you will be ready to dive into the waters of the stream and practice one of our favorite climbing techniques: the single rope, the zip line or the declimbing.
Our center will provide you with all the necessary equipment: helmets, harnesses, ropes, wetsuits.
