From 14 years old, the descent of the Haut Chassezac canyon is perfect for experiencing strong> sensations. This activity is open to beginners but is not considered easy, you will need to be sporty to fully benefit from this activity without being subjected to it. You will take part in 6 hours of descent with a picnic break at midday.

For the lunch meal, we ask you to bring with you food easily transportable and >water in sufficient quantity for everyone!
To ensure that your experience is in the best conditions, you will be equipped with suits and shoes > canyoning to combat the cold of the water but also a harness and a helmet for your safety. All you have to think about is your swimsuit!
