The descent begins at our base located in Le Rozier, where you will be welcomed by our team of qualified instructors. They will provide you with a kayak, paddle, life jacket and helmet, as well as a comprehensive introduction to water safety and paddling techniques. If the weather is cool, we will also provide you with a wetsuit.
Once prepared, you will board your kayak and begin your descent. The Tarn River offers you a variety of fun rapids and calmer sections where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the cliffs and local flora. Our 7km course has been carefully selected to provide an experience suitable for all skill levels, from novices to more experienced paddlers.
