We present to you this half-day canyoning descent which will certainly make you dream. A descent designed to experience the adrenaline rush of this discipline of canyoning, but also to admire the natural wealth of Lozère. During this adventure, you will explore the Garde Canyon.
This canyon is known for being sensational and quite sporty. So come ready for an intense, sporting and memorable adventure. If you are a lover of adrenaline rushes, you will fall under the spell of this magnificent place, forming theupper part of Haut Chassezac. It is also one of the most aesthetic canyons in the Cévennes. You will be amazed, a true paradise on earth.
We will meet you at the Parking du Belvédère des gorges du Chassezac, in the town of Prévéchés. It is 50 minutes by car from Mende, the capital of Lozère, but also 1 hour 20 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. At the meeting point you will find the state qualified instructor who will accompany you on your adventure. He will give you a warm welcome and a very detailed briefing, to explain the entire activity and give you essential instructions for your safety.
Then you will have your equipment and you will be ready to make your departure, starting with a approach walk of 25 minutes. Arriving at the Garde canyon, the adventure begins for all members of the groups. Jumps reaching 7 m (not obligatory), natural slides and fun 6 m slides, abseilings in waterfalls, then swimming in deep pools with emerald waters; this is what awaits you. Over four hours, you will be able to have fun. At the end of your activity, you will return to the starting point, thanks to a 30-minute return walk.

- Don't forget to bring a swimsuit and a bath towel, but also a rope and an elastic band to tie your hair and avoid losing your glasses.
- You must know how to swim and be at least 14 years old to be able to do this descentincanyoning.
