Before taking part in this activity, you are briefed on safety by a state-certified instructor who will be at your side throughout the 'adventure. You are equipped with a suit, neoprene socks, a helmet and a waterproof bag to store your personal belongings.
During 3 hours of fun in Lozère, you slide on natural slides, you jump /strong> in swimming pools dug into the rock and you even try abseiling in a waterfall (around 5 meters).
