In the heart of La Rioja is the Leza Canyon, a place where aquatic canyoning has become a family activity thanks to the high level of fun its rocks offer. bathed by water, which have formed natural slides and some pools in which to jump from above.

It is a canyon of little difficulty, grade I, in which children from 7 years old can participate. There is no rappelling, but there are many slides and jumps, which you can choose to do (if you are adventurous you will want to do all of them, although it is not a problem if you do not dare to do some).

Located on the Leza River, near Soto en Cameros and half an hour south of Logroño, this 3-hour adventure is a good time to strengthen family ties and have a day of pure nature in the depths of La Rioja.
