To begin, you will attend a safety briefing, you will be equipped with a harness, a helmet as well as a strong>wetsuit in neoprene. Don't worry, you won't be cold during your activity, the wetsuits are designed for that and the water is not as cold as you think!
For your part, consider a swimsuit, shoes with non-smooth soles and a little water!
During the 3 hours that your descent lasts, you will be able to admire all the beauty of the Hérault gorges to finish with a superb view of the Clamouse cave !
