This experience can be enjoyed alone, with family or with friends. This is one of the most complete routes in the region, being one of the best routes in Gard. Through its sequence of various waterfalls, we find all the particularities of canyoning: technical jumps, rappel under the waterfalls, suspended basins , natural slides and 15 m abseiling descents. The jumps on the course are more focused on technicality than height, although the highest still reach 8 m. They will teach you how to manage your pushing intensity and your landing in the water.
This course is known for its slides which for some are among the most beautiful in France. If you are a fan of thrills, you can try the famous Icarus slide which extends over a 3 m descent before throw yourself 2.50 m in the air to fly and reland in clear water.
This experience will also allow you to enjoy the canyon environment. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the magnificent mountain landscapes which surround the canyon and its clear water waterfalls.
The site is located in the Gard department of Occitanie,only 7 minutes fromLe Vigan, 30 minutes from Ganges, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Millau, Montpellier and Alès.
A qualified instructor will guide you and ensure your safety throughout the course. protective equipment is provided. It is up to date with standards and checked regularly. You will still need to bring a swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit, a pair of lace-up sneakers, a bottle of water and a snack. It is also recommended to take a pair of gloves.
