It is therefore a half day of canyoning that we suggest you do in the island of beauty, in Upper Corsica. It is a descent of sport canyoning, suitable for the general public, but with a commitment that the physical condition is very good, for a fun and safe activity.
You will do this activity in Cap Corse, located in the commune of Nonza. It is located in the north of the island, at the Gulf of Saint-Florent, an hour's drive from Lucciana, 45 minutes from Bastia, but also less than half an hour from Saint-Florent.
Once you have arrived on site, your state qualified instructor will receive you and give you a briefing who will inform you of the progress of the descent, the safety instructions to be followed. respect, then the usefulness of each piece of equipment. You will then equip yourself and begin your approach walk which lasts 1 hour 10 minutes.
The descent will then begin and will last more than three hours. Large emerald-colored basins, impressive abseiling descents, long natural slides... the adrenaline rush will be there!
Good to know:
- Bring a swimsuit, a towel and snacks.
- Don't forget to take closed shoes such as sneakers, adhesive to the rock.
- It is strongly recommended not to do the activity on an empty stomach.
- Knowing how to swim and being in very good physical condition are two essential conditions to be able to participate in this activity.
