This canyon, in Cantal, is a natural wonder that is definitely worth the detour. This is located in the town of Saint Cirques de Jordanne, a small town surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes. It is known for its traditional and charming French architecture. It hosts the Jordanne canyon which was formed by the river which crosses the region and cut its way through the rocky terrain at over time.
The canyon is characterized by its steep cliffs, its rock formationsand its crystal clear water. The region is covered in rich vegetation, including trees and wildflowers. One of the highlights of this canyon is theFaillitoux Waterfall, a stunning waterfall that falls 20 meters into a pool below.
The waterfall is accessible by a hiking trail taken by our instructor to offer you an exceptional view. The Rau du Tible waterfalls are also on the program, very popular and remain accessible to the greatest number of people, beginners and experienced alike. A canyoning activity for 8 people bringing together numerous jumps of 3 to 8 meters (not obligatory) and natural slides guaranteeing unparalleled sliding pleasure.
We remind you that it is important to dress appropriately: the canyon can be slippery and uneven in some places, so wear comfortable shoes.
