Rental 1h30 (4km) pony/donkey Albepierre Bredons

This 1h30 walk is the shortest of our rentals: you will leave without an escort with a pony or a donkey on a circuit of approximately 4 kilometers departing from Albepierre-Bredons, a town in Cantal located at the foot of Plomb du Cantal. If you want to walk longer, the half day covers 6 to 8 kilometers and the full day 9 kilometers and more.

The first choice concerns the animal: the pony is saddled and can carry up to 40 kg, while the donkey is equipped with a pack and will carry between 25 and 30 kg of belongings depending on its size, in addition to the carpet and saddlebags.

Before departure, our equestrian tourism guide will offer you a short briefing so that you get to know your companion and their equipment. She will give you a map and the route to download on the Visorando application.

Once on the path, you will hike alone with the animal and you will decide the pace. Children will walk with you and can ride on your back when they are tired, under the responsibility of a parent.

Good to know: walks are by reservation only, all year round. Also remember to install the Visorando application on your phone before coming.
