If you are up for this unforgettable adventure, we will meet you in the town of Vicdessos. Your route will pass through the commune of Auzat, the Village of Marc and the Valley of Vicdessos. The site is 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse and 1 hour 40 minutes from Carcassonne.
To ensure your comfort and your safety, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, you will only need to bring a swimsuit, a towel, closed shoes ( such as sneakers or hiking shoes), an elastic band if you have long hair and a cord if you wear glasses. Also remember to take a bottle of water and a small snack.
Here are the conditions for participating in this sport canyoning:
- Know how to swim at least 25 meters and know how to fully submerge your body.
- Do not have any medical contraindication to canyoning.
- Measure at least 1m25.
- Weigh a maximum of 135 kg.

- A 5mm neoprene wetsuit with jacket and long john.
