You can start your canoeing journey by taking our canoeing course for beginners, our paddle start award. For two hours, a professional and certified instructor will cover important topics to get you on track with canoeing. We will supply all the equipment. All you need to bring is all your excitement.
Our canoeing courses are suitable for complete beginners of all ages. It's not a compulsory course. However, we highly recommend taking this course as the first step into canoeing. We run our canoeing courses all year round, so feel free to book any day of your preference. Formal BC Certification available if you finish the course.
We require a minimum of two participants to run our paddle start award. You can come for a solo adventure or with your family. We promise a delightful evening, not to mention our venue, The River Frome. A spectacular spot with natural habitats and rich wildlife. You won't regret visiting us!
