Some of our instructors have been working here for over 20 years, so they will be more than happy to welcome you, explain every detail that this sessions demands and make you feel comfortable and safe to do it with passion. We hold safety training certificates and we even have a nurse in our team (the incredible Gayle Brooks!).
As the flow of the lake's water is calm and flat, you will be able to learn or have a relaxing session with us. It's a nice way to get familiar with the sport and, from there, go to the next level, strengthening your abilities and skills.
