The Poitevin marsh, where you will sail, is a natural region extending over several departments. Large at more than 96,000 hectares, this marsh is also nicknamed the Green Venice because of the green and exotic setting it offers!
For this activity, we will meet you at the Marais Plaisance pier for this activity. On site, you will meet our team who will explain how the activity will take place and inform you about the safety instructions to follow. She will then give you your boat and your equipment and give you some advice and techniques for sailing with complete peace of mind.
Once you have placed your personal belongings in the waterproof container, you will set off for half a day of sailing aboard your traditional boat!
During this wilderness getaway, you will enjoy the green setting that surrounds you and the tranquility it provides. You will experience a real change of scenery and discover the secrets of this marsh: overflowing and preserved fauna and flora, change of scenery and relaxation assured. When the half-day comes to an end, you will return to our nautical base to debrief with our team and hand over your equipment.
