Canoe ride on the Matachel River 2 hours

Would you like to take a canoe ride on the Matachel River? For this we will use double light boats, perfect canoes to share this activity with whoever you have the most coordination, since you are going to have to share the efforts to paddle.

We start from Chozos de Llera and we will go directly following the Matachel River towards the Hornachos Dam contemplating the typically Extremaduran landscape that is on both sides of the riverbank.

Adding this route to the path we will take back, it will be 4 kilometers where there will be sections that are easier than others due to the current of the river, although all of them are suitable for anyone. Of course, for safety you must know how to swim.
