Why Canoe Hot Dog and not another sport?
This sport is somewhat different from the canoeing or kayaking that you all know. It is the result of a mixture between canoeing and rafting to which we added a whole inflatable part, which does not fear entrapments , nor shocks.
The boat has a self-bailing system which makes it unsinkable. The structure being inflatable, the Hot Dog Canoe is so lightweight that you slide faster and handling will be much simpler.
These boats are two-seater, you will be twoin the Hot Dog Canoefor even more fun and laughter!
Program of the activity:
We are pleased to welcome you to our nautical base in the Ubaye valley, which bears the same name as the river on which you will practice Canoeing Hot Dog.
We are in the Alpes de Haute Provence, more precisely in Lauzet-Ubaye. The river you are going to explore contains more than 52 navigable kilometers and 50 rapids.
Once the presentations have been made with the members of our team, we will equip you with a suit, slippers as well as a jacket in neoprene, a paddle, a helmet and a life jacket. Then, your instructor will give you the safety instructions and a short briefing on the activity.
Then enjoy 3 intense hours of laughter and thrills!
Important:
This formula concerns people who have already practiced canoeing or kayaking before, because there will be no initial initiation.
