We offer you a sports course with waterways cut from rapids for maximum fun in the river of Ubaye in Barcelonnette. This river, which arrives from Italy, offers us more than 52 kilometers of passable waterways including 50 rapids. It is renowned as one of the most beautiful in Europe and is the pride of the Alps.
The first part of the activity will be done in Rafting and the second in Hot Dog Canoe. The rafting boat is made up of 6 to 7 people.
On the other hand, Hot Dog Canoes are two-seater boats, there will be two of you in the boat.
Whatever the boat, it's pleasure guaranteed!
Program of your activity:
- We start by welcoming you to our nautical base which is located in the Ubaye valley, just a few hours from Marseille and Grenoble.
- Our instructors will take care of you so that you get rid of your belongings, then they will give you a short briefing. Afterwards, the equipment and the material will be brought to you: a suit, a pair of slippers and a neoprene jacket, a paddle, a helmet and a life jacket.
- Thesafety rules and the route will be explained by thequalified instructors, you will be ready to leave in the first boat!
- During the break before changing boats (to go from raft to hot dog canoe), we will serve you drinks hot and a snack.
- We will leave in Hot Dog Canoe to return to the base
During this eventful descent, you will also have the opportunity to approach the sublime landscapes and panoramas mountainous of the Alpes de Haute Provence.
When you return, you will have a head full of memories and you will have had your fill of sensations!
