The reservoir, whose waters belong to the Lozoya River, has a capacity of approximately 1,000 meters in length, so space for paddling will not be a problem. At the same time, it is a fantastic destination to practice this type of sport. Thanks to the fact that you will hardly find resistance, the current is very gentle, with simple movements, you will be able to move.
To make the crossing through the reservoir you can choose two types of boat, double or triple. The triple is advisable if you come with small children, where they will have to sit in the middle seat. This way, you won't have to worry, it will be safe between two adults.
In addition to the obvious vegetation that this area of the Madrid mountains houses, if you are attentive you will be able to observe fish such as barbel, trout, carp and carpines. If you want to enjoy a natural space near Madrid, this is your route.
