We present our course that is especially aimed at people who want to get started in this exciting sport, laying the foundations of good technique, and then progress to any specialty of the same (white water, track, sea kayak ...).
The course is ideal for both people who are starting from scratch, and for those who have shoveled at some time, but who lack good technique.
During this course the student will learn everything necessary to be able to function with ease using canoeing in calm waters, and will acquire the basis to later progress in any of the different modalities of canoeing, whitewater, kayaking. polo, sea kayak, etc.
The canoeing course takes place for 8 hours divided into 3 sessions:
- 1st session, 2 and a half hours. Transport of material, contact with the canoe, basic position, safety, self-rescue, rescue of a partner, balance, basic paddling technique, circular tractions, back-paddling.
- 2nd session, 2 and a half hours. We will practice everything we learned with a series of water games.
We will enable the dates to take the course in the calendar.
