On your arrival at the bridge, you will meet our team of professionals whose experience precedes them throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. A member of this team will welcome you, then help you fill out a registration form, followed by a weigh-in, to check if you are fit to jump. Then he will give you your safety equipment and help you put it on.

• Minors aged 15 and over can jump from the Asfeld Bridge, upon presentation of written parental authorization.
• People over the age of 60 must provide our on-site team with a medical certificate of no contraindication.
• A form will be given to you upon your arrival, which you will complete to confirm your identity, but also to certify that you have no contraindications and that you are not under the effect of any medication or narcotic.
• Your weight must be between 50 and 100 kg.

Arriving on site on the day of your jumps, you will be received by a member of our team of qualified and expert instructors for several years. He will help you fill out the registration form, give you your necessary equipment (compliant with AFNOR standards), then help you prepare. Then, it's time for the briefing, in which he will give you information on the jump procedure as well as the different techniques to perform it. After informing you of the safety measures to take into account, he will set you up for your jump.

You will make a jump, where you will be collected at the bottom by an instructor, who will take off your equipment and help you back up to the bridge to make your second jump.
