The starting time of the catamaran tour is boarding at 10 in the morning. If you decide to do both tours on the same day, you will have to first choose the quick boat ride and when you finish, continue with the celebration on Isla Mujeres. If you choose it on 2 different days, the fast boat ride will depart every hour from 9 am to 4 pm. Therefore, you can choose when to carry out the activity.
