We take you on a tour to one of the most beautiful places in Campeche, it is a fast boat ride through the Los Petenes Biosphere Reserve. For 3 and a half hours you will be able to discover this natural paradise, we will enter the mangrove tunnels while you observe beautiful landscapes and you will be able to swim and cool off in a spectacular spring.
The Petenes Biosphere Reserve is a long coastal strip where we can see portions of land and water, the corridor consists of almost 300,000 hectares where you can mainly see mangroves, in addition to islands and islets. It is a unique place with great ecological value as it houses an important diversity of flora and fauna.
In this area you will be able to observe a large number of bird species, some local and others migratory. Due to the conditions and properties of the soil, cenotes and holes of water are formed.
You can drive the boat on a section of the ride if you wish, after a fascinating tour you can take a dip in one of the water holes and cool off after the ride. If you wish, you can bring food and drink, however we include water and soft drinks during the journey.
The advantage of being a private tour is that if the weather permits, we can enjoy the tour longer at no additional cost.
