During these 2 days, they will develop their skills by combining teamwork and leadership based on their different jobs. They will strengthen their ties and camaraderie, work on the right options to improve their internal communication and build a synergy that will lead them to obtain the best results.
Among the different dynamics that our team will prepare, there are peaceful games to harmonize the environment and a little adventure, practicing sports such as rappelling, zip lining and kayaking. All this while touring the most beautiful and spectacular landscapes of Miguel Colorado. We will also take you to beautiful cenotes, caves and bat watching.
As for food, you will have breakfast, lunch and dinner that will be served at specific times within the itinerary. At night, they will be able to share some free and fun time around a large bonfire, where if they feel like it, each one will be able to highlight their hidden talent, whether it be singing, dancing or some other sketch.
At all times they will have support staff and certified instructors in each activity. Encourage your collaborators and come spend 2 days that will unite them and strengthen their ties and camaraderie.
