The Salmedina Stone is a reef located off the coast of Chipiona that once housed a Roman town. Later it was covered by the sea and is currently a refuge for a wide variety of corals.
The Rice Boat refers to a ship that was transporting rice bound for Seville and ran aground off the coast of Chipiona. The rice swelled so much that it even dented materials and split the boat in two. You can still see both parts of the boat.
The excursion takes place on a catamaran with capacity for 10 people and is directed by an expert boat skipper. You just have to relax and enjoy the experience.
