I booked the time of the activity by WhatsApp and we were there at the time they recommended to us. There is no point in going with a reserved time because then the reality is that they will attend to you when they have the boat free.
There is a lack of control from the first moment: First, at the reception, although they were very friendly and nice, they could not find our reservation; and then already on the dock waiting for the activity, we could hear several discussions between the staff, confusion with jet ski keys and it gave the feeling of disorganization and of everything being done quickly.
When the boat that is going to take us to do the activity finally arrives, they give us the vests. Almost all of them were missing one of the closing buckles. The girl downplayed it but she didn't object either when I asked her to find me one in good condition.
When we went to ride the boat, the driver recommended that we change activities. We had booked Flyfish but he told us that the sea was very rough and that it was better to do the Crazy Sofa. It was true that the state of the sea was not the best, but I am convinced that what he wanted was to finish quickly (if we had done the Flyfish, he would have spent some time going to change the crazy sofa that he already had on the boat for the flyfish to the next pier; and the truth is that I wanted to finish the work day because it was 7 in the afternoon and I had not eaten yet, which also says a lot about the company).
The Crazy Sofa experience itself, too crazy for me but that is a matter of personal taste. Although I didn't fall into the water, there were moments that weren't fun at all. The driver saw it and slowed down from time to time to give us a break. He was very nice to us but I would not repeat, either the experience itself or the company that makes it.
