I do not recommend it at all! The first thing I bought was the balloon flight to Campo de Lavanda, since I live there and I didn't want to travel to Madrid. One day before the experience they tell me that we cannot fly over the lavender field and that we must make a different trip, having to travel 1 hour and a half to the point they indicate.
The views were horrible, we only saw cows, horses and cultivated fields, not to mention that the balloon rose to a very low height and they put us in a cabin of 2 to 4 people, being so close together that we could not move. In short, a very bad experience, we are not recommended.Company's response:

The day before the flight we told them that the weather conditions in Brihuega did not allow them to carry out the activity, and we SUGGESTED if they wanted to do it in the Guadarrama Regional Park, where the weather forecast was much better, so it was not an imposition but rather an alternative to make the flight on the day they had contracted. If they had wanted to do it on another day in the lavender fields, they could have done it anyway.
It is not true that the space they occupied in the gondola was for 2 people, it is certified for 4 and the pilot explained it to them on the day of the flight.
