Microlight Flight at the Millennium Dome

Join us for a flight experience to remember and a view to behold!

Beginning at Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Upminster, we welcome you a microlight flight experience with us to the hugely popular Millennium Dome in South London.

There will be plenty of views to absorb over the course of the journey as we begin to approach the stunning city sights, but the main attraction of this journey, the Millenium Dome, was built to celebrate the turn of the century and symbolises a more modern London, since 2005 it was reconstructed to host many huge concerts, sporting events and more, in what is now widely known as The 02.

Guiding you on this exciting journey to this unique structure will be one of our professional flight instructors that only has extensive knowledge of the area but expertise and experience in flying that they will use to provide special insights and pro tips to offer the opportunity for you to develop some essential basic flying skills.

This session is perfect for various age groups and experience levels to enjoy a unique perspective of one of London's many attractions, absorb the enriching views and try out an interesting hobby that may lead to a passion for life, one that is shared by all of our team who have a great love for this activity and are happy to passionately share that with you.

We take all our potential plane lovers and future pilots on adventures in the Pipistrel Alpha Trainer, which is excellent for flying and makes learning feel as smooth as the controls.

We will brief you before the session to inform you of all the safety conditions and put you at ease.

To embark on this amazing adventure, you must be medically fit to fly, weigh less than 14.5 Stone and be shorter than 6.2 feet. We also always assess the weather conditions ahead of time to ensure it is safe to fly at the proposed time slot.
