30-Minute Flex-Wing Microflight at Hungerford

It's time to get out of your comfort zone and try a microlight experience. You'll witness the best perspectives of Wiltshire and Berkshire's countryside flying in our flex wing. You won't regret it!

Our 30-minute microlight session is the perfect taster for complete novices. A professional pilot will supervise the entire experience delivering unique and tailored training. We'll greet you at Membury Airfield, where we will open your adventure with a safety briefing to familiarise you with the aircraft.

We have a Quik GT450 microlight for our flex-wing experiences. It's a two-seat aircraft (front to back) that allows you to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. It's controlled by a using weight shift, similar to a hang glider. Some of the views you'll get are Avebury and Stonehenge, Caen Hill locks at Devizes, the White Horse at Uffington, and more. You'll have the chance to control the aircraft once you feel confident!

You'll receive a commemorative certificate once we finish your session. The minimum age to participate is 14 years old, and the maximum weight requirement is 16 stones. We welcome spectators with complimentary tea and coffee! We promise it will be a delightful experience. Please bring your voucher, camera, sunglasses and flat shoes and try to avoid flip-flops, skirts and dresses to fly.

It's never too late to try new experiences, and having a microlight flight over the Wiltshire skies is the perfect option to get out of the norm! It never disappoints.

One of our professional instructors will meet and greet you at the Membury Airfield. You'll start your experience with a safety briefing to familiarise you with the aircraft. You'll be flying in our Flex Wing Pegasus 912 aircraft. It's a two-seat microlight (front to back). It's controlled by using a weight shift similar to a hang glider. You'll need a warm suit, helmet and headsets!

You'll take control of the aircraft under the supervision of your instructor. You'll enjoy a unique perspective of the Wiltshire and Berkshire countryside, including views of Avebury and Stonehenge, Caen Hill locks at Devizes, the White Horse at Uffington, and more. You'll receive a commemorative flight certificate once you finish your adventure.

You'll have one hour of flying time. We welcome people 14+ years old and upwards. The maximum weight we require is 16 stones. Please bring your voucher, camera, sunglasses and flat shoes. We recommend avoiding skirts, dresses and flip-flops. We have complimentary drinks for spectators (tea and coffee).
